Your First Step to Flourishing
Welcome to Flourish Weekly—Let’s Thrive Together!
I’m so excited to share the first issue of Flourish Weekly! 🎉 My goal is simple: to help you grow in faith, nurture your family, and manage your finances—all while feeling encouraged and empowered. Let’s dive in!
Faith: God’s Provision in Every Season
This week’s verse:
“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19 (NIV)
As moms, we often feel like we have to do it all—be everything to everyone, manage every detail, and somehow keep going even when we’re exhausted. But Philippians 4:19 is a beautiful reminder that we don’t have to carry it all alone. God sees us, knows our needs, and promises to provide for us out of the abundance of His riches.
Trusting God to meet our needs doesn’t mean life will always be easy, but it does mean we have a faithful provider who will sustain us. When we feel stretched too thin, let’s shift our focus from our limitations to His limitless provision.
Today, take a moment to surrender your burdens to God. Trust Him to meet your needs and fill you with His peace, strength, and joy.
🖊️ Journal :
What needs are you carrying today—physically, emotionally, or financially? Write them down and reflect on how you can trust God to provide for each one. How does His promise in Philippians 4:19 encourage you to let go of worry?
🙏 Prayer:
Father, thank You for being my provider and for knowing my needs even before I do. I surrender my worries to You today—my physical, emotional, and financial burdens. Help me trust in Your faithful provision and find peace in Your presence. Thank You for Your riches in glory that sustain me through every season. Amen.
Trust God’s limitless provision this week—He’s got you covered!
Family: Questions to Reconnect
Moms are busy, but connection doesn’t always require hours. This week, try asking each family member these simple questions at dinner or during downtime:
👉 “What was the best part of your day?”
It’s a quick and meaningful way to learn more about your loved ones and spark conversation.
👉 “What’s something you’re looking forward to this week?”
Helps spark excitement and lets you support their plans.
👉 “Did anything make you laugh today?”
Encourages positivity and sharing lighter moments.
👉“Is there anything you need help with this week?”
Opens the door for support and teamwork.
👉“What’s one thing that made you feel grateful today?”
Promotes mindfulness and gratitude within the family.
I’d love to hear how these reconnect questions worked for your family! Did they spark meaningful conversations or create special moments?
Or maybe you have your own go-to questions that bring your family closer—I’d be thrilled if you shared them! Simply hit reply and let me know. Your ideas might even be featured in a future issue to inspire other moms in our community!
Finances: Save $20 on Groceries This Week
Here’s a small but mighty grocery tip:
Plan your meals around what’s on sale.
Most grocery stores post weekly ads or have apps that highlight sales. Spend 10 minutes browsing, and you can base your meals around discounted items. It’s simple but effective!
Try this out and let me know how much you saved this week.
Bonus: Leave the Past Behind and Embrace God’s Plans for 2025
As we step into a new year, one of my biggest takeaways from the 31-Day Wisdom Challenge is this: Establish your rearview mirror.
What does that mean? It’s about identifying the mindset, behaviors, and even relationships that belong in your past—not your future. Ask yourself: What do I NOT want to carry into 2025?
Take a moment to thank God for the lessons, fears, and struggles of 2024. He allowed them to shape you, but now it’s time to let them go.
Here’s an action step to help you move forward:
Make a list of everything you don’t want to bring into the new year—negative thoughts, bad habits, fears, or anything else.
Burn that list as a symbolic act of release.
Look to each new day as a fresh start to build habits and behaviors that align with what you truly want.
Remember, you are never too old or too late to create a life you love.
👉 It’s not too late to join the 31-Day Wisdom Challenge on YouTube. It’s free, and it’s a powerful way to start 2025 with clarity and purpose. Let’s grow together—here’s the link to join: Join Here
Moms, you’re doing an incredible job—even when it doesn’t feel like it. Life can get overwhelming, but remember that every small step forward is progress. God’s got you, and I’m here cheering you on!
